She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the College of Human Medicine, Michigan State University<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Rosalind Franklin School of Medicine and Science(formerly Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine), in Chicago, Illinois.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She was the recipient of the Meritorious Award for her graduating class. She was listed in the Who\u2019s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She then moved to Waterloo, Iowa where she completed her podiatric medical surgery training at Covenant Medical Center (formerly St. Francis Hospital)<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She settled in Lansing to open her practice in 1987. She has remained active in her community and serving her profession. She was named Podiatrist of the Year by the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association, Southeast Division and Awarded the Shining Star Award by the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She is certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and if a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She enjoys playing the piano, gardening, and spending time with family,\u00a0 friends and her pets.<\/span><\/p><p><br \/><br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the staff of Red Cedar Podiatry in Lansing, MI.
